What do I need to know before and after my appointment?
Pre-Care Instructions:
To prepare for your brow lift, avoid plucking, tweezing, or waxing your brows for at least 2 weeks beforehand. Discontinue use of retinoids, AHAs, and exfoliants around the brow area a few days prior, as these can increase sensitivity and irritation during the service.
Post-Care Instructions:
Keep brows dry for 24–48 hours to allow the lamination to set. Avoid makeup around the brow area during this timeframe. Wait 72 hours before resuming your use of retinol, AHAs, and exfoliants. No swimming, saunas or excessive sweating for at least 24 hours. Be cautious with sun exposure as the area can be sensitized.
Using a clean mascara wand, brush hairs daily into desired direction. A nourishing serum can be used to condition the brow hairs. If you’ve had a tint, cleanse the area gently to preserve colour.
Can I have a brow lift if I have sensitive skin?
While this treatment is generally well-tolerated, if you have sensitive skin or any skin conditions, it's important to consult with us beforehand to ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
